 Platinum Security Plus
Platinum Security Plus service is Sunrise's most secure and comprehensive plan available, suited for all those who require cyber insurance and have a special need for the most robust cyber secure footprint available. Standard offerings include SOC/SEIM support, Managed EDR Anti-virus/anti-malware, Managed Firewall, Managed email, email filtering, Phishline training and managed cloud computing. Aside from the enhanced security stack, comes all the services of a "Managed Service Provider" (MSP) solution as indicated in the "Platinum" plan below.
 Platinum
Platinum service is Sunrise's most popular support plan available. It utilizes a "Managed Service Provider" (MSP) solution and is geared to provide you with optimal support and protection with a fixed priced annual contract. Using Managed Engine software, Sunrise can continually and proactively monitor the health of your networked systems, servers, firewall, and internet connection. Sunrise's MSP solution will automate all remedial services to be performed outside of your normal business hours. This includes Microsoft patch management, third party patching, antivirus scans, temporary internet file deletion and a broad array of asset inventory information. In addition, this "all inclusive" model essentially protects you against all problems you may still encounter. When a problem occurs, we will provide prompt support to address the problems and rectify them at no additional fee. This includes services such as cleaning virus problems, reloading client software and operating systems, remediating failed backups, providing helpdesk support. Also included are performing general administrative tasks such as adding or deleting users, email accounts, network profiles, and other general everyday services.
 Gold
The Gold plan affords you all the benefits of a "Managed Service" offering including patch management, up/down monitoring, Antivirus solution and quick response/notification to any system issues. The difference is that the Silver Plan covers the managed care portion only, not resolving issues and problems or administrative activities such as adding users, email accounts, remediating Virus's, resolving backup issues, etc. Should you require assistance in any of these areas, we would perform them on a per diem basis.

This plan is ideal for clients with in-house IT staff but need a management tool to help with the routine services. Other likely candidates are accounts with a very small IT budget, that still require systems to be kept up to date and monitored and also have a dedicated tech support company at their beck and call.
